1. 1/2 kg breast / thigh fillet (you can choose both or one of them),

2. salt & pepper (you can choose between or both of them),

3. 4 tablespoons of flour,

4. 2 tablespoons oil and butter,

5. 250 grams of champignon mushrooms,

6. 1/2 medium onion,

7. 1/4 teaspoon dried herbs,

8. 3 cloves of minced garlic,

9. 120 ml chicken stock/other stock,

10. 1/2 tbsp soy sauce,

11. 240 ml original Arummi milk

Not only delicious. Some of the ingredients used are also healthy.

For example, mushrooms are a good source of vitamin D for bone’s health and chicken is a great source for protein.

How to Make Chicken Mushroom Sauce?

1. First, wash the chicken until clean,

2. Sprinkle the chicken with salt and pepper,

3. Let it for 30 minutes, and the flavors will infuse with the chicken,

4. Coat the chicken with the prepared flour,

5. Heat the butter and oil on a Teflon, then cook the chicken coated in flour until each side is golden brown, then set the chicken aside,

6. Saute the mushrooms and onions on the Teflon that has been used to cook the chicken, until wilted. After then, add the garlic,

7. Add chicken stock/other stock according to taste and soy sauce, leave until the stock reduces slightly and absorbs the mushrooms,

8. Pour in milk and cook until the sauce thickens,

9. Pour the sauce over the chicken,

10. There you have it. Enjoy the delicious chicken!
