Yuk kita kupas resepnya!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bahan untuk Membuat Potato Au Gratin<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 sendok teh margarin atau minyak zaitun,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 buah bawang bombay ukuran sedang,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sendok teh garam,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 sendok teh lada hitam,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 siung bawang putih,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>33 gram tepung,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml kaldu jamur,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml Arummi susu kacang mede (Barista),&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>13 gram ragi (opsional),&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 gram keju vegan\/mozzarella,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 kentang,&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Italian seasoning<\/em> (<em>mix dry herbs<\/em>) atau peterseli cincang (sebagai hiasan)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Bahannya cukup banyak, jadi jangan lupa untuk melakukan <em>meal prep<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cara Membuat Potato Au Gratin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Panaskan oven dengan suhu 180 derajat Celsius<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kupas dan potong kentang tipis lalu rendam dengan air&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tumis margarin, bombay, garam dan lada hingga layu lalu masukan bawang putih cincang. Jangan terlalu lama cukup 1 menit.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Masukan tepung, kemudian tumis hingga berwarna <em>golden brown&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kecilkan api, masukan susu perlahan hingga semua tepung larut dan tidak ada gumpalan. Lanjutkan dengan kaldu dan ragi, lalu aduk hingga benar-benar rata. Masak hingga sausnya mengental.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Susun irisan kentang kemudian tuang saus 1-2 sendok makan, kemudian susun lagi irisan kentang diatasnya, terus lakukan berulang hingga mencukupi wadah yang dipakai dan sisakan space untuk saus dan keju yang akan menjadi <em>topping<\/em> di atasnya.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Panggang dengan menggunakan <em>cover<\/em> <em>aluminium foil<\/em> selama 45 menit, kemudian buka<em> cover<\/em> dan taburi keju di atasnya, panggang kembali selama 15 menit hingga <em>golden brown.<\/em>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Alternatif Nasi yang Enak Itu Bernama Potato Au Gratin<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Bosan makan nasi?
