Apa saja manfaat kacang mede untuk kesehatan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apa Itu Kacang Mede?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kacang mede adalah kacang yang berasal dari pohon jambu mede. Bagian yang bisa dikonsumsi adalah bijinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Jambu monyet atau jambu mede (Anacardium occidentale) merupakan tanaman buah yang berasal dari Brazil Tenggara. Dari buah jambu monyet inilah kemudian didapati buah yang dikenal dengan nama kacang mede<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\" translation-block\">Meskipun dinamakan jambu, sebenarnya secara botani, jambu monyet bukanlah termasuk famili Myrtaceae atau suku jambu-jambuan maupun kacang-kacangan (Fabaceae). Melainkan lebih dekat dengan famili Anacardiaceae atau suku mangga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kandungan Kacang Mede<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kacang mede adalah kacang yang berasal dari pohon jambu mede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per 100 gram kacang mede terdapat sejumlah kandungan zat gizi, antara lain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kalori: 616 kkal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protein: 16,3 gram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lemak: 48,4 gram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Karbohidrat: 28,7 gram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serat: 0,9 gram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kalsium: 26 miligram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fosfor: 521 milligram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zat besi: 3,8 miligram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natrium: 26 miligram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kalium: 692 miligram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tembaga: 4,7 miligram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zinc: 4,1 miligram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beta karoten: 5 mikrogram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thiamin (Vit. B1): 0,64 miligram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Riboflavin (Vit B2): 0,03 miligram<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Niacin (Vit. B3): 0,0 miligram<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kacang mede sangat kaya akan lemak tak jenuh yang tentunya akan bermanfaat menurunkan risiko penyakit jantung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kacang mede juga rendah gula, kaya serat, dan mengandung jumlah protein yang hampir sama dengan jumlah daging matang dalam jumlah yang setara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Manfaat kacang mede untuk kesehatan&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kacang mede sering kali ditemukan sebagai isian coklat, dijadikan bahan tambahan dalam kue kering, atau dipanggang untuk dimakan langsung sebagai snack. Kacang mede bukan hanya mengenyangkan, tapi juga memberikan manfaat berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Kadar kolesterol jahat dan trigliserida yang relatif rendah dapat mengurangi risiko penyakit kardiovaskuler, stroke, dan serangan jantung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kandungan vitamin dan mineral lain dalam kacang mede, seperti kalium, vitamin E, vitamin B6, serta asam folat juga dapat membantu tubuh dalam melawan penyakit jantung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3.
