Gejala intoleransi laktosa biasanya muncul setelah mengkonsumsi susu hewani seperti susu sapi dan susu kambing, serta produk olahannya. Apa itu intoleransi laktosa dan bagaimana perawatan diri untuk intoleransi laktosa? Yuk, simak penjelasannya di bawah!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa Itu Intoleransi Laktosa?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Intoleransi laktosa adalah gangguan pencernaan yang terjadi karena tubuh tidak bisa mencerna laktosa dengan baik. Laktosa merupakan salah satu jenis gula yang biasanya terdapat pada ASI, susu sapi, susu kambing, serta produk olahan susu seperti keju, yogurt, mentega, dan es krim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada kondisi normal, usus menghasilkan enzim laktase untuk memecah laktosa menjadi gula yang lebih sederhana, yaitu glukosa dan galaktosa. Pada penderita intoleransi laktosa, enzim laktase tidak dihasilkan dalam jumlah yang cukup, sehingga laktosa tidak dapat dicerna dengan sempurna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sisa laktosa yang tidak tercerna akan masuk ke usus besar. Di usus besar, laktosa tersebut akan difermentasi oleh bakteri sehingga berubah menjadi gas dan menimbulkan berbagai gejala intoleransi laktosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gejala Intoleransi Laktosa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Penderita intoleransi laktosa dapat mengalami berbagai gejala. Biasanya gejalanya muncul 30 menit sampai 2 jam setelah mengkonsumsi produk yang mengandung laktosa. Beberapa gejalanya adalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>a. diare, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>b. kembung, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>c. sakit perut,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>d. kram, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>e. mual,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>f. muntah,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g. sering buang angin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terkadang gejala yang dialami disertai dengan sakit kepala, kehilangan konsentrasi, gangguan buang air kecil, serta nyeri otot dan sendi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cara Mendiagnosis Intoleransi Laktosa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk mendiagnosis intoleransi laktosa, dokter akan menanyakan riwayat medis seperti gejala yang dialami serta makanan dan minuman yang dikonsumsi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dokter juga akan memberikan pemeriksaan fisik dengan cara menekan area perut untuk mengetahui apakah perut kembung, tegang, dan terasa nyeri dan mendengarkan bunyi perut menggunakan stetoskop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/arummi.com\/id\/3-jenis-tes-intoleransi-laktosa\/\">Sedangkan pemeriksaan penunjang untuk mendiagnosis intoleransi laktosa adalah:<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Tes Napas Hidrogen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tes ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kadar hidrogen dalam napas setelah mengkonsumsi minuman yang mengandung laktosa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada pasien intoleransi laktosa, kadar hidrogen dalam napas melebihi batas normal. Hal ini terjadi karena laktosa yang tidak dapat dicerna terfermentasi di dalam usus besar sehingga menghasilkan gas hidrogen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Saat melakukan tes ini, pasien akan diminta mengkonsumsi minuman yang mengandung laktosa. Setelah itu, kadar hidrogen dalam napas akan diukur. Jika hasilnya tinggi, kemungkinan pasien menderita intoleransi laktosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Tes Toleransi Laktosa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemeriksaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar gula darah setelah mengkonsumsi produk yang mengandung laktosa. Pasien akan diminta berpuasa selama beberapa jam lalu diukur kadar gula darahnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah itu, pasien diberikan makanan atau minuman yang mengandung laktosa. Lalu kadar gula darah akan diukur lagi setelah 1 jam dan 2 jam. Jika kadar gula darah tidak meningkat maka hal ini menjadi indikasi intoleransi laktosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Tes Keasaman Feses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tes ini dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel feses pasien. Laktosa yang tidak dicerna akan difermentasi oleh bakteri di usus besar menjadi asam laktat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemudian asam laktat tersebut akan keluar bersama feses. Jadi, jika terdeteksi adanya asam laktat dalam feses, kemungkinan pasien menderita intoleransi laktosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Biopsi Usus<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Biopsi adalah prosedur untuk mengambil sampel jaringan. Pada pasien yang diduga mengalami intoleransi laktosa, diambil jaringan usus untuk mengetahui tingkat laktase dalam usus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, biopsi usus jarang dilakukan karena harus melakukan prosedur pembedahan dan memerlukan peralatan analisis yang tidak tersedia di semua fasilitas kesehatan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bagaimana Perawatan Diri untuk Intoleransi Laktosa?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Belum ada pengobatan untuk mengatasi intoleransi laktosa. Biasanya, dokter akan menyarankan untuk menghindari produk yang mengandung laktosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleh karena itu, penderita intoleransi laktosa perlu mengetahui kandungan produk makanan dan minuman sebelum dikonsumsi. Beberapa jenis makanan dan minuman yang harus dihindari penderita intoleransi laktosa adalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Susu hewani, misalnya susu sapi dan susu kambing<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produk olahan susu seperti keju, yogurt, dan mentega<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Produk yang memakai susu sebagai bahannya misalnya kue, roti, biskuit, dan es krim<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Walau begitu, kamu tetap bisa mengonsumsi susu.
