Nah, yang membuatnya disebut sederhana adalah karena bentuk molekulnya yang simpel. Setiap kelompok ini punya beberapa jenis yang menarik untuk dijelajahi. Yuk, kita gali lebih dalam!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Monosakarida<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Monosakarida merupakan gula sederhana yang memiliki struktur paling dasar. Berikut 3 jenis gula yang termasuk dalam golongan monosakarida:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>a. Glukosa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Glukosa merupakan jenis gula yang bisa dipakai oleh tubuh menjadi sumber energi secara instan. Bisa diperoleh dengan mengonsumsi nasi, mie, ubi, dan roti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>b. Fruktosa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Fruktosa dijuluki sebagai gula paling manis. Biasa ditemukan pada madu dan buah-buahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>c. Galaktosa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Galaktosa memiliki rasa yang tidak terlalu manis. Biasanya ditemui pada susu, termasuk dalam ASI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Disakarida<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Disakarida adalah jenis karbohidrat yang terbentuk dari gabungan 2 monosakarida. Berikut 3 jenis gula yang termasuk dalam golongan disakarida:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>a. Maltosa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Maltosa merupakan gabungan 2 Glukosa. Biasanya ditemukan pada produk malt (kecambah biji-bijian serealia yang dikeringkan).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>b. Sukrosa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sukrosa terdiri atas molekul Glukosa dengan Fruktosa. Ini adalah gula pasir yang sering kamu temui di meja dapur rumah tangga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>c. Laktosa<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Laktosa adalah gabungan dari Glukosa dengan Galaktosa. Gula ini dapat ditemukan pada susu dan dairy products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Batas Konsumsi Gula Harian<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 30 Tahun 2013, batasan konsumsi gula adalah 10% dari total kebutuhan harian. Untuk mempermudah perhitungan, dianjurkan agar tidak mengonsumsi gula lebih dari 50 gram atau setara dengan 4 sendok makan dalam sehari.
