Selama masa ini tubuh ibu akan mengalami beberapa perubahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artikel ini akan membahas tentang apa itu masa nifas, perubahan apa yang terjadi, dan zat gizi yang diperlukan ibu selama masa nifas serta apakah ibu nifas boleh mengonsumsi susu kacang mede?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa Itu Nifas?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nifas adalah adalah masa pemulihan tubuh dan organ reproduksi ibu setelah melahirkan. Biasanya masa nifas berlangsung selama enam minggu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selama masa nifas organ reproduksi ibu akan berangsur-berangsur kembali normal. Rahim yang membesar selama hamil akan kembali ke ukuran semula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selama masa ini darah masih keluar dari vagina untuk membersihkan sisa-sisa jaringan. Darah ini disebut dengan lokia (lochia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berdasarkan warna lokia, masa nifas ada empat tahap, yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Lokia Rubra<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Terjadi setelah melahirkan sampai hari ke-4. Darah berwarna merah segar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Lokia Sanguinolenta<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Darah berwarna merah kecoklatan, kadang disertai lendir. Terjadi pada hari ke-4 sampai ke-7 setelah melahirkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Lokia Serosa<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cairan yang keluar berwarna kuning kecoklatan. Terjadi pada hari ke-7 sampai ke-14 setelah melahirkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Lokia Alba<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Terjadi pada minggu ke-2 sampai ke-6 setelah melahirkan. Cairan berwarna putih kekuningan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Darah nifas normalnya tidak berbau menyengat atau amis. Jika darah berbau menyengat dan disertai demam, maka ibu harus segera periksa ke dokter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Masa nifas adalah masa pemulihan ibu. Oleh karena itu, ibu nifas harus memperhatikan asupan gizinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kebutuhan Gizi Ibu Nifas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ibu nifas memerlukan asupan gizi untuk membantu pemulihan tubuh, sumber energi, menjaga kesimbangan cairan, dan mengendalikan perubahan hormon. Selain itu, zat gizi dari makanan juga berperan dalam produksi ASI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berikut beberapa zat gizi yang penting bagi ibu nifas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Karbohidrat<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Karbohidrat adalah sumber energi utama tubuh. Ibu nifas memerlukan banyak energi setelah melahirkan. Apalagi jika harus menyusui dan menjaga si kecil setiap saat. Karbohidrat kompleks lebih disarankan daripada karbohidrat sederhana. Beberapa sumber karbohidrat adalah nasi merah, roti gandum, dan sereal gandum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Protein<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Protein berperan dalam penyembuhan luka. Saat melahirkan, organ reproduksi ibu terluka. Mengonsumsi sumber protein dapat membantu mempercepat proses pemulihan. Protein bisa didapatkan dari telur, daging tanpa lemak, tahu, tempe, susu, dan kacang-kacangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Zat Besi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Darah banyak keluar saat proses melahirkan dan saat masa nifas. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan anemia atau kurang darah. Zat besi berperan dalam pembentukan sel darah merah. Mengonsumsi zat besi dapat mencegah anemia. Beberapa sumber zat besi adalah daging merah, hati, dan sayuran hijau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Kalsium<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kalsium berfungsi untuk menjaga kepadatan tulang dan gigi. Saat hamil, tubuh ibu menggunakan banyak kalsium untuk perkembangan janin. Tubuh tidak dapat menghasilkan kalsium sendiri, sehingga harus mengonsumsi makanan yang kaya kalsium seperti susu, keju, dan yogurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Vitamin dan Mineral<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vitamin dan mineral berperan dalam proses pemulihan dan menjaga daya tahan tubuh. Ibu nifas rentan terkena infeksi karena tubuhnya sedang dalam masa pemulihan. Oleh karena itu harus mengonsumsi cukup vitamin dan mineral.
