Gula yang terkandung secara alami dalam makanan disebut dengan gula alami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam artikel ini, kita akan membahas tentang gula alami, mulai dari definisi hingga cara terbaik untuk mengonsumsinya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apa Itu Gula Alami?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula alami merupakan gula yang ditemukan secara alami dalam makanan, seperti buah-buahan, madu, dan kurma. Gula-gula ini tidak mengalami proses pengolahan yang panjang seperti gula pasir dan pemanis buatan lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula merupakan struktur paling sederhana dari karbohidrat. Buah-Buahan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Buah-buahan seperti apel, pisang, dan beri mengandung gula alami yang berasal dari fruktosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2.
