Bahkan, makanan dan minuman manis menjadi favorit banyak orang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apalagi sekarang terdapat berbagai variasi makanan dan minuman yang tinggi gula, misalnya camilan dengan berbagai topping manis dan minuman beraneka rasa dengan bermacam topping yang tak kalah manis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di balik rasanya yang nikmat, makanan dan minuman manis mengandung gula dalam jumlah yang tinggi. Terlalu banyak mengonsumsi gula dapat menyebabkan bahaya bagi tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apa saja dampak buruk mengonsumsi gula berlebihan? Artikel ini akan membahas bahaya mengonsumsi gula berlebihan, batasan yang disarankan untuk konsumsi gula harian, serta tips membatasi asupan gula harian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bahaya Mengonsumsi Gula secara Berlebihan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Gula adalah salah satu bahan yang sering ditemukan dalam makanan sehari-hari. Gula memberikan rasa manis yang membuat makanan dan minuman makin lezat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun, konsumsi gula berlebihan dapat memiliki dampak negatif bagi kesehatan. Berikut beberapa dampak buruknya:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Berat Badan Berlebih atau Obesitas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Obesitas adalah kondisi saat berat badan melebihi normal. Konsumsi gula berlebihan dapat menyebabkan peningkatan kalori yang melebihi kebutuhan tubuh. Asupan kalori yang Berlebihan akan diubah menjadi lemak dan disimpan dalam tubuh sehingga meningkatkan risiko obesitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Diabetes Tipe 2<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Asupan gula yang berlebihan dan terjadi secara terus-menerus dapat menyebabkan resistensi insulin. Insulin merupakan hormon yang berperan dalam metabolisme gula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika terjadi resistensi insulin, maka gula yang masuk tidak dapat terserap ke dalam sel-sel  tubuh dengan optimal. Akibatnya, gula akan menumpuk di dalam pembuluh darah dan menyebabkan naiknya kadar gula darah. Penyakit Jantung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Konsumsi gula berlebihan dapat menyebabkan obesitas, kolesterol tinggi, dan peningkatan tekanan darah. Masalah Kulit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Kadar gula yang tinggi dapat memicu produksi minyak berlebih dan menyebabkan peradangan pada lapisan kulit sehingga menyebabkan berbagai masalah kulit. Penyakit Kanker<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Konsumsi gula berlebihan dapat mengganggu metabolisme tubuh dan memicu peradangan. Kondisi tersebut dapat menyebabkan perkembangan sel kanker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi gula berlebihan dapat meningkatkan risiko kanker, seperti kanker usus besar, kanker payudara, kanker pankreas dan Kanker esofagus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Batasan Konsumsi Gula Harian<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Setelah mengetahui berbagai dampak buruk konsumsi gula Berlebihan, kini saatnya mulai membatasi asupan gula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kementerian Kesehatan Indonesia merekomendasikan asupan gula harian tidak lebih dari 50 gram atau 4 sendok makan per hari. Bukan hanya gula pasir, tetapi juga gula yang terkandung dalam semua makanan dan minuman yang dikonsumsi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oleh karena itu, kamu perlu mengetahui kandungan gula dalam makanan dan minuman yang kamu konsumsi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tips Membatasi Konsumsi Gula Harian<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Jika kamu menyukai makanan dan minuman manis, mungkin tidak mudah untuk mengurangi konsumsinya.
